Mr.Li Jia Xiang：
　　Aged 76, has been since 1972 as Hong Kong Hung Yick International Group Limited Executive Chairman, also the Executive Chairman of the Group of Malaysia is booming. Mr.Fok Chun Hung：

Mr.Chan Hing Lam：
　　Aged 57, joined Daoheng Securities Ltd. and Daoheng Commodities Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hong Leong Group as Managing Director in 1990 and he has been Executive Director of Hong Leong Group since 1996. He has also been serving as Non-Executive Director of Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Real Estates Holding Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen obtained both a first-class honorary bachelor’s degree of science in engineering from University of Surrey and a master’s degree of science in management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He once worked with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva in 1974. Prior to his joining Hong Leong Group, he had been serving for the Singapore Civil Service as a Colombo Plan Scholar during the period of 1975-1978 and later he had been working with a financial services company and with a major U.S. bank in Hong Kong. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in real estates investment, finance and investment management.

Mr.Qatar
　　Non-Executive Directors, aged 63, since 1991 has served as Hung Yick-independent non-executive directors. Qatar University of Singapore, holding a master's degree in law and honorary law degree. He has Singapore KhattarWong (Qatar and Mr lawyers Museum) of consultants. He is also a Chun-cheng of the Singapore subsidiary of the real estate Hung Yick, also in Singapore and many other areas of public and private companies serve as directors of their duties.

Mr.Szeto ManPun
　　aged 61, was appointed as Hung Yick-independent Non-Executive Director of Chun Shing in May 2004. He is a banker and he has been working in various senior banking positions in Hong Kong and Asia for over 25 years. He is currently Chairman and CEO of German Centre Hong Kong Co., Ltd. and German Industrial and Commercial Center Shanghai Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he had been CEO of Bayerische Landesbank of Asia-Pacific Region. Mr. Si Tu has extensive experience in capital market transactions, corporate financing, project financing, infrastructure projects, acquisitions and mergers, assets and securities business and real estates financing in Asia. He graduated from the Economics Department of University of Munich and he has obtained a diploma in banking.

Mr.Ting Wai Chuen
　　Non-Executive Directors, aged 46, 2006-Jun was appointed as independent non-executive directors. He has served as since 2004 for Hung Yick of the same subsidiaries Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Limited independent non-executive directors. Mr. Ding is Mosi Lun. Marseille accounting firm partner, the Ministry in charge of professional training and specialized services listed companies deal with customers and the Special Investigation. Mr. Ding in August 2001 to join Mosi Lun. Marseille ago, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong in the international accounting firm and five years respectively as six years. Mr.Leung Yip Shing
　　aged 52, who is a Hung Yick-Group's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Liang graduated from the University of Finance and Singapore, a financial degree, a master's degree in business administration. Mr Leung is responsible for the Group's administrative work.
